News

Are there any new features or offers under development?

There is continuous development both for the short- and long-term. Everything is not possible to discuss but the best way to keep up to date is to check ML Wishlist in kanboard and Release notes in guide.

Cases

Are cases checked generally or is it only third-line cases noticed? 

Cases are checked at least twice per year to find possible trends/systematic issues. A reminder considering this is that it is important to be alert considering error/bug trends, and at the same time be as alert not to casually use trending solutions to different cases.

Tech Assistance

Will all Master Licensees have their own Tech Assistance?

Since there is no present market, it will not be the focus in the start, but as the market is built, there will be about the same concept in all countries. The focus is to be able to give customers good service locally in their native language where ever it is. 

Guide

How is it going with development of the Guide?

The content in the Guide is updated continuously. Considering new and adjusted features, it is not prioritized at the moment.

Customer satisfaction

What is the feeling considering customer satisfaction 2023, better or worse than before?

Hard to answer, since there is no survey made. However, if the number of cases reflect the customer satisfaction, there is a positive trend. The number of cases has decreased 20-30% each year the last three years. It was less than 41% as much cases 2022 compared to 2019.  

AXSOR FAQ

Is there any thought considering having a FAQ in AXSOR?

The FAQ in AXSOR was deleted in one of the latest releases since it was not updated or filled with new information. If there is a wish, it can be put in the ML Wishlist. However, it is important to keep in mind the level of effort it takes.

Deliveries

There have been new parts not working, how is the quality secured considering new assemblies? 

Everything is tested at site and it is not possible to finalize an assembly without full functionality. It is important that faulty products are sent back according to the warranty process, so that it is noticed as soon as possible for possible corrective actions.

New Master Licensees

How is it going with recruitment of the MLs, and where is focus put in the world?

There are no great candidates in the loop yet. Focus is put on UK and Germany, with participation in a franchise fair in London in April as the next large activity.
