This system helps us securely store and manage login credentials to shared resources within the organization.
Create wishes in Kanboard
This tool helps coworkers plan and organize their tasks. Licensees use it to report issues or share ideas related to our systems or concept. These ideas will be reviewed and might be implemented.
Communicate through Microsoft Teams
Teams is the communication tool we use to ask questions forwards/backwards in the organization.

This is a file sharing system that we use within the organization.
The Orientation is essential for starting your new role. You are required to complete the technical orientation to work as a field technician, and the sales orientation to engage in active sales. To successfully complete these orientations, you must pass the test at the end of each training week.
To pass, you need to read the guide in addition to attending the orientation sessions. There is no limit to how many times you can retake the test, but you cannot begin working until you pass.
We offer two types of training:
– Held four times a year.
– Held twice a year, available only after completing the basic training.
Week 1: Sales Orientation
The Sales Orientation will primarily focus on key areas such as branding, IT and communication, the order process, the sales process and approach.
Monday 14/4 – Thursday 17/4
Week 2: Tech Orientation
The Tech Orientation will primarily focus on an introduction to our keymanagement systems and essential information that every technician should know.
Tueday 22/4 – Friday 25/4
New training weeks will be announced in Teams.
At the PAAM Systems AB office in Örebro.
We start each day at 9:00 AM and will likely finish around 4:00 PM.
Bring your work computer and phone.
On the first day, we will eat together. After that, you’ll need to arrange your own lunch.
Wear whole and clean clothes. Pick something you’re comfortable in.
For Tech Week, make sure to bring clothes suitable for mounting work.
