The use of Office 365

An Office365-account is created and pushed out through Azure for each and everyone within the PAAM Family. The most common apps we use are Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and TEAMS.

Outlook

Make sure to have a look at the Branding page to make sure your signature in Outlook follows the Concept.

Word

PAAM templates for a Word document is found in Onedrive. And remember to always make a PDF when sending documents to customers.

Powerpoint

The Powerpoint template is also found in Onedrive. Make sure to use the latest version.

Teams

Teams is used as a channel for announcements and a tool for video conference.
