Each year one individual somewhere around the globe is  awarded the PAAM Medal of Honor. It is rewarded someone that has inspired one specific co-worker to live by the PAAM Core Values of ethics, courage and innovation.

Besides the medal, the price includes a symbolic monetary gift given by PAAM, in the name of the winner, to a charity of the recipient’s choice.
