Make the customer happy

Our passion is to offer solutions that enable others to develop and succeed.

In the PAAM Principle of Actions we state that “Our passion is to offer solutions that enable others to develop and succeed”

Getting passionate is energizing. Living passionately increases the level of activity and intensifies your efforts. Seeing the result of your passionate actions is almost beyond words.

Keeping your present customers updated is making them happy. And  finding a new customer is making that customer happy. It is also the beginning of a new way for them to get time freed up for their core activities. Solving their problems, by revealing to them what we offer, is taking an active part in making them develop and succeed.

Isn’t this the best content of the daily work you can imagine? Go for a good content of the day – Focus on your customers, existing and new, find new markets! Widen your perspective. Develop and succeed, you too.

On February 8, 2020, UCS/Spirit could enjoy the revenue of their passion as Armando Duplantis cleared 6,17 and set the his first world record. Two years later the bar was at 6,21 and he managed it by a clear margin.

Having trained pole vault since he was a small child, training in the backyard of the family house, his career proves that not only talent is required but also hard work and commitment.

Being “committed to the philosophy of manufacturing the highest performing vaulting poles in the world”, UCS/Spirit designs and manufactures the vaulting poles that Mondo uses, and for them to see their efforts combine with those of the athlete to bring on this remarkable result is a huge energy kick.

One can easily see the similarities between their statement and PAAM’s “Our passion is to offer solutions that enable others to develop and succeed”
