It is often said that “Alone is strong”. Is this a universal fact or is it perhaps more to it?

In our history there are countless examples of loners, outsiders or heroes, and one-man-bands. They typically serve as role-models for us when it comes down to getting the job done. This is regardless of the magnitude or importance of the task and certainly many great things have been achieved by people who have acted alone. Sometimes they have been alone by their own choice, sometimes because no one supported them, at least not until the result of the struggle was obvious.

It is however important not to forget another strong saying from ancient days. One which speaks of interdependence, commitment and mutual efforts. This is the more complex, yet more intriguing statement; A threefold cord will not easily break”. History is also full of stories about joint actions performed by those who committed to the same cause, relied on each other and added to each other’s capabilities to form a complete unit. To prevail and in the end, reach the target set from the beginning.

For the PAAM Family the threefold-ness is the one and only choice. We all share the same goal; To present to the customer an excellent solution to their needs. We depend on each other and complete each other in the different roles we have. And we act with discipline in our own roles to be efficient and uphold an atmosphere of enthusiasm.
