The CRM (Customer Relations Manager) is our everyday tool for handling all information regarding leads, customers and other external contacts. Due to GDPR, all contacts, wheather it is a lead or an existing customer, should only be registered and stored in CRM and nowhere else.  The CRM is cloud based and you log in through your main Azure log in, meaning your PAAM email and the password you have chosen. 

How to access the CRM

You can reach the CRM by the intranets first page by clicking the icon or you can type the address: https://paamsystems.crm4.dynamics.com. Choose the web app PAAM Systems CRM. 

When choosing the CRM app you will land at the dashboard. To reach other entities, click Workplace at the bottom left corner and choose PAAM.
