You might not identify yourself as a creator, and that might be true. However, if you prepare yourself you might turn the tables?!

Creativity is diversive thinking by integrating, splitting, reversing or distancing different things or thoughts.

To reach any of these states, weather you identify yourself as a creator or not, brainstorming and time could be the key. It might be hard to be creative when being alone, while being a part of the right environment with the right conditions could give most of us an almost unimaginable kickstart.

Creativity is in a lot of cases synonymous to having courage in an environment of psychological safety. So, keep an open mind and let all ideas in (not just let the right one in!).

One key is to initiate ideation by having the guts to serve the first pancake. Anyone can do this! And as you know, the first pancake is in most cases not as good as any of the following. However, it is the crucial start of the process… The other main thing is that every single one of the participants get into the process as early as possible, preferably by leaving an unconventional primal mark – without fear of any consequence but more creativity from other participants.

Remember that creativity is not only ideation, it is as important to solve the activation (discernment and galvanizing) as well as the implementation (enablement and tenacity). So, make sure to take advantage of your genius and be creative on your home turf! Anyone can be a creator – it is a matter of attitude!
