It is getting more and more obvious that there is a fight for clicks and attention in a lot of forums. Furthermore, it is sad to note that attention often is given when things are questioned. It does not even have to be a real wish to find a new opportunity in the current situation. Mostly, this means that things are not taken forward at all, and only putting people into separate trenches. Instead of listening, discussing and taken things forward, people fight each other and put prestige into their standpoints.

It is a great saying that you shall always try to argue as you are right but also listen as you are wrong.

Do not silently agree when you feel that things are wrong. Always try to understand others before trying to be understood. Have a positive perspective on things, and do not feed negative, attention seeking and often victimizing influencers.

Try to lead things forward by finding new ways, by challenging and coaching with a creative mindset. And gather people around the strive for a defined better tomorrow, a just cause, and do to not just state that things are bad.

Start from the present and look ahead to how you want things. Do not try to solve anything. Try to create something new. You do not have to have a great idea at first. Just be brave and serve it as the first pancake. When it is received and reflected upon by others, or when it has percolated within you, you will probably get better shaped ones leading to something special.

Be curious. Be brave. Be a rebel with class.
