The role of PAAM Emeritus has been a part of the organization since 2019. It is the key to make sure that there are no degrees of freedom considering the fundamental behavior within the organization – the PAAM heart and soul. All so that everyone connecting with any individual of the PAAM family can be confident that expectations and the encounter are aligned.

Beo started his journey with the company in 2001, and is still going strong. During the years he has had some different roles, the common denominators have been that they have touched on hardware – considering purchasing, assembling and innovation.
