At PAAM we have access to various customers servers and information that needs to be protected. Sometimes with a personal login and at other times with shared login credentials. Theese types of secure notes and login credentials shall always, and only, be stored in 1Password. From now on you will only have to remember one password....the one to 1Password.
When your PAAM account is created you are invited to 1Password as well. The invite is sent as an email. Click the link in your invitation to join the team.
Then choose a strong Master Password, which you will use to unlock 1Password.
An administrator will approve your account before you can access the shared vaults, however you will have access to your private vault immediately.
For easy access and autofill of passwords it’s very helpful to install a browser extension. That way it’s possible to autofill and auto create passwords. It’s also possible to extend the log in time in 1Password if you have the extension.
